10/9/2008 Payday Loan Advocate (121.97.230.191) Commenting on kottke.org The payday loan industry has been the key target for corrupt politicians, from all sides, seeking an increase in voter support at the expense of what’s best for the general public. Governors of several states including, Georgia, North Carolina, and Oregon completely drove payday loan businesses out of their states. The negative effects of driving out payday loan companies from these states, appears to have not been the best idea for its’ citizens. For instance, in Georgia, the bankruptcy filings, bounced checks and foreclosures all grew overwhelmingly after the cash advance option was taken away from them. In spite of this downbeat information, following the closure of payday loans in these states, several other governors continue to try and follow suit. Leading national politicians, such as presidential hopeful Barack Obama, are now making it their mission to eliminate the industry completely once and for all. Should such efforts be judged successful, the possibility is very real for increased unemployment rates, more debt, more foreclosures and an even more crippled economy.
10/8/2008 OceanfrontWealth.com (151.143.163.157) They have a new product called NatureBorn, and there seems to be good reviews on it. I myself do not take it, as I am not an IPC as of 2 months ago, because I cannot justify another product to my customers and telling them "hey, noni juice has been great, but here's something else you should buy to fill the other holes in your diet". "But I thought noni juice was supposed to do that already? No thanks." This is what I'm dealing with.
I don't know what TNI's future is going to be, maybe they are in financial turmoil, as they have closed down their cafe's recently, and with HIRO not going the way they expected, along with the carrot-on-a-stick about going public and offering IPO's to the top distributors.
Add to this the horrendous drop out rate TNI is experiencing, a MASS EXODUS, so to speak, with most going to other juice companies, such as Zrii and Monavie, for what? To sell more juices??
Thank goodness for Oceanside Wealth, where we don't have to worry about peddling lotions and potions to our family and friends.
Kind regards,

10/6/2008 miller (58.22.147.141) Commenting on Stocks to Watch Today I came across a site which sells luxury watches at affordable prices. It would have been a great Valentine’s gift; however my husband is not so crazy about watches. Anyway, they are selling these Swiss-made rolex replica watches. They are from Italy and the features are similar to those of the high quality Swiss Rolex watches, it is impossible to tell them apart. So if you want to enjoy the sophistication of Rolex but don’t want to spend too much, check out watchinstyle.com. I think this would make a great graduation gift. Plus there will be less worries of being stolen when wearing a rolex replica rather than the original one. LookRichForLess.com also sells other popular brands, so visit them now.

10/1/2008 Payday Loan Advocate (121.97.230.191) Commenting on kottke.org One of the biggest targets for politicians, as far as economics are concerned, is becoming the payday loan industry. Governors across the country are trying to rid their states of the industry altogether, and so far, Georgia, North Carolina, and Oregon have succeeded. The result was that bankruptcies, foreclosures, and also the number of overdraft fees due to bouncing checks went through the roof, which doesn’t do anything for the citizens afflicted in these turbulent times, and only is really good for the banking industry. Despite these negative effects, other states are looking to follow the example and do the same. Even at the national level, presidential candidate Barack Obama, is weighing in his own agenda on the issue, and advancing his own intentions on getting rid of the industry in the United States completely. If these measures, both on state levels and nationally, are successful, the results are going to be increased unemployment, more debt, more foreclosures, and an even worse economy.

9/12/2008 Caroline King (72.193.224.68) Commenting on CNN.com I'm very conceerned about the message Sarah Palin is sending by proudly stating she went back to work 3 days after her Downs Syndrome child was born. Women and unions have worked very hard to secure maternal leave time for pregnant working women. Psychologists and pediatricians have all testified to the importance of bonding with, and nurturing a child during its first year, and especially its first few months of life. Many women are choosing to breast feed their babies now in order to build strong immune systems for a healthier life. Did she feel that this child with Downs Syndrome didn't need bonding and a strengthened immune system? Is she telling the corporate world that working mothers don't need maternal leaves? and that there is no reason why they shouldn't come right back to work after giving birth? This reminds me of stories of slavery days when a pregnant woman picking cotton in the field was forced to lay down and give birth, then tie the newborn to her shoulder and resume picking cotton. Women and men are different, and shouldn't be compared according to those differences, but according to their ability, experience, wisdom, and integrity. A woman is certainly as capable as a man to be Vice President or President of the United States. We are well trained in multi-tasking. The resaon I supported Sen. Hillary Clinton was because she is a great statesman with years of experience and knowledge about international politics, not because she was a woman although that certainly gives her some additional talents we could use in the White House. Sarah Palin would take women's rights back to the 1950s, and we've worked too hard for equal pay, for the right to choose what happens to our bodies, and the right to have maternal leaves. We can't let that happen. Please ask her what her motives were for going back to work 3 days after childbirth, and how she plans to support women's right if she were elected Vice President.

8/20/2008 Anonymous (69.142.115.240) Commenting on Beating Traffic Tickets I did dress well and prepare well, then go to the Princeton Boro Municipal Court in New Jersey, try to talk to the procecutor to enter a plea bargain. The procecutor was very tough to the professionals who dressed well, came from NYC or other towns, particularly the Asian Americans. The procecutor treated others e.g. white, blake, Indian, Hispanic Americans much better, let them go free or with reduced charges.
I was speachless.
