So the other day was Day 1 of my Perfect Pushup Journey. Actually, I have ran through this journey before, but I am going to go ahead and do it again to get ready for the P90X challenge. The P90X involves doing a lot of pushups so I believe the perfect pushups will get me more prepared for the challenge.

Anyway, I am pretty sore from the workout due to the fact that I haven't worked out in awhile. I am on a 14-10-6 workout plan. So we'll continue to see how the workout goes.

It's been quite some time since I last used the Perfect Pushups. However, I have decided to begin the program once again. To be totally honest, I haven't had too much time to go to the gym and workout. With that being said, I really haven't been doing much of anything. (That's never good.)

Anyway, I will be beginning the program again so be sure to stay tuned for some updates.

I was checking out this one site on the web today. It's really awesome. It's called acobay dot Com. Basically, it allows you to share anything that you have or anywhere you have been to. Then you can rate it on a 1 to 5 star scale and then make comments and share the experiences you had with it.

Me? I chose to review the movie Click with Adam Sandler. This had to be one of my favorite movies for it really reminded myself and others to learn to appreciate life and the loved ones that we have. I definitely recommend watching Click if you haven't already seen it before.

The holidays are just around the corner and I have already been saying Happy Holidays to you all. I remember last years holiday season. I actually went on a Jersey Shore beach vacation. Before that time I had actually never been to New Jersey, but I really got interested in the location after listening to one of my friends discuss the experiences he had there over the summer.

He would tell me how he went to Morey’s Piers and there was just always so much to do. From riding the roller coasters to hanging out in the water and enjoying the beach, Morey's Piers was said to be a great place to vacation.

I mentioned the location to my family last winter and we decided to head in that direction for Christmas. At the time, it obviously wasn't one of the warmest climates I had ever been in, but there was still so much to do. I was browsing through a few forums the other day and people were asking if the perfect pushups actually worked. Well, here's the deal. The perfect pushups work as long as you use them and consistently follow the specific routine that came with your chart. Now, I don't know if I would expect to become huge and gain a load of muscle mass by simply doing some pushups. However, if you're consistent with the program, you will likely become pretty ripped.

In a final note, I just purchased the P90X the other day and actually, I think that the perfect pushups could work pretty combined with the Pushup aspect of the P90X program. However, the Perfect Pushups would also make the P90X aspect of the program a lot more difficult. Either way, it'd still be interesting to give it a try.

Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 is simply an awesome program. If you don't know what Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 is, then let me tell you. It's an awesome computer program that allows you to speak into a microphone and then it takes your words and puts them into words on your computer.

My favorite video of Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 on Youtube: I was on Youtube today looking up more and more information about Dragon Naturally Speaking 10. I wanted to know if there was more to the program. Sure enough, there is.

This one guy was actually showing everyone how you could pre-record something and then later, place the audio file onto his computer. Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 would then go through and it would actually take the words from his audio file and turn those into words on his computer.

To me, taking audio and turning it into a text file is really cool and really simple because that means, with the right software, you can actually do your homework, or write a blog post on the go.

Let's say you're at the bus stop and you have to do some homework. Pull out a recorder and simply begin to speak. Once you're recording is complete, take it home and place the audio file onto your computer. Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 will then take your audio file and turn the audio into words on your computer.

Hey everyone. It's been some time now since my last post at Ultimate Perfect Pushup Reivew. I am trying to establish some of my other blogs, but I really do want to get posting on here again.

I know how it is. Everybody always wants the coolest ringtones and they're always looking for ways that they can download free ringtones for cell phones easily. I don't know if you guys noticed, but the text should be a lot more legible this time of day. Last night, I went through all 70 + posts and prettied them up a bit.
