26th Feb : Holi in Advance at Mosaic
It was the Friday 26th Feb, first time after years when the Holi party was celebrated in the month of February. Actually Holi is on 1st March,2010, but it was celebrated in Mosaic on 26th Feb in the evening as it was 3 days holiday from 27th Feb to 1st March.
The celebration was in the evening when it started with the Antakshri competition between two teams which were announced 2 days before. The teams were namely Rang Barse and Rang De Basanti. I was in Rang Barse, around 25 members were participating in both the teams. We started the Antakshri with the song 'Rang barse bheege chunar wali' from Silsila. And it all started a great fun upto a long one hour competition. There were bonus points if someone dances during the dance. In the end, it was declared that the whole team will dance and can earn as many points as the number of the members in that team. Finally we won with an score of 95 vs 93.
Rahul Vishela : Employee of the month in Mosaic
It was the amazing moment for me when I was declared as the 'Employee of the month' after six months of joining in Mosaic, Noida. It was the result of hard work and ownership that took me to the new heights in Noida. I got highest number of PF, it was 11 and the highest PF score too.
The month of January was really lucky, first I became the Google Adwords certified professional and now 'Best in Mosaic' .....Wow.
Later the 'Employee of the month' certificate was distributed to me on the eve of 26th Jan. I am looking forward to the situation and trying to ahieve as many positive feedbacks from the clients. I have learnt a lot in Mosaic and I'll keep on learning to be the best client handler.

My trip to Agra & Bharatpur
Day 1 - 6:15 from Home town, Reached 8:30 at Hazrat Nizamuddin, Took the train at 8:40AM, Reached Agra Cantt at
11:45AM. Hired an auto and booked Hotel Basera at 12:30PM. Left hotel at 1:00PM for Itmad-ud-daulah (Baby Taj). We needed to cross the river Yamuna to see it.
Then we came to Agra Fort(Red Fort) at 3:00PM. There were a big crowd. It was possible to enter after 4:30 PM only, but we hired a guide in 175 rupees and he arranged the tickets with extra charge of 20 rupees in 5 minutes only. We entered in the Fort and saw there 9 inner forts namely Sheeshmakal, Diwanekhas, Diwaneaam, and more.
Then we went to see Motilal Nehru Park just beside the Fort at 5:00PM and returned to the hotel through Meena Bazaar at 6:00PM.
Day 2 - We booked a cab and left for Bharatpur birdsanctuary at 6:00AM in the morning. Heavy fog was there. We reached the sanctuary at 7:30AM. After having lots of fun there and cycling we left for Fatehpur Sikri at 11:30AM.

First month in Mosaic : The new story
My first month in the Mosaic :
Joined on 6th July - Induction meetings with HR, BM, Collegeues.
Took hand over for the projects from Amit upto 15th July for all the campaigns.
Then started the bigger problem , in reality it is a festival season for SHIV bhakts. The week for the KAWAR, where Shiv bhakts used to bring the holi Gangajal from the sacred river of India, Ganga. They go to Haridwar, the dev bhoomi every year and bring the Gangajal in the Kawar.
The buses and the main highway routes are generally closed and diverted at that time. My chartered buses for Noida was also facing the problem due to the closed route. I decided to go on my bike, Pulsar 150 cc. In the morning , everything was fine. I drove at 80KMH on the highway and reached the office in 75 minutes only. Usually bus takes more than 02 hours for it. Afer finishing off the work in the office, I was returning . The route was completely jammed due to heavy rush. I could reach to Mohannagar (the half way mark) up to 08 PM. Then again a heavy jam up to Ghaziabad. I had a headache due to to the jam. Just I found the clear road after SihaniChungi, I picked the speed, but Suddenly............., a light of a car and everthing was black...........................................................
Two persons helped me and took to the nearby hospital . They called ny parents, I got immediate treatment, thats why I am live today. I am really thankful for both of the persons. May God bless them.
Life at Impetus : Rahul Vishela
 Impetus as such means the acceleration. Initially when I joined Impetus in April,2006 it was the similar like its meaning. It grown rapidly from a strength of 05 to 15, 15 to 35, and then upto 200. I was in the second face of the development there when I was leading the team for article submissions. I was handling 4 people. Prashant, Pankaj, Rashmi, Akhilesh was there. Later on Kailash, Ravi, Sachin also introduced in the team.
At the joining time, I was sitting in the Blue Moksha. After becoming the TL in articles, I was shifted in the Brown Moksha where other SEO guys wer sitting including Rohit, Kamran, Ranjan, Amit, Manish, Tapash, Shikha, Kamal, Pradeep, Amalendu, Hemant and Sanjay. Initially I was handling the sites of loan. Home improvement loan and College loans were my best keywords at that point of time.
After one year I was transferred in the mobile phone department. I and Kamal joined Ashish there. We were having a separate team including web designer, developers and SEO. Hemandra, Deepak, Kesar, Shiv, Madhu, and Gopal were the members.
Ultimately in the year 2008, I was leading the mobile phone team there. I was handling the adsense as well as affiliate program for the mobile selling system in Impetus.
Ultimately, it was a cool life full of improvements, increments, and work pressures.
Mosaic as the employer : Rahul
After three and half years, I decided to switch from Argus Softwares (Formerly known as Impetus Technologies) , Delhi. It was a long period there from April'06 to June'09.
I decided to join Mosaic ITES Services Pvt. Lid. after the long interview session. It was from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Fully tired. On July 06, 2009 I entered the premises of Mosaic as the employee. It was really an awesome experience there. Complete day was full of induction meetings and introduction. Today, on 15 Aug, it has been a nice experience working here. The environment is totally professional here. Daily there are seminars, presentations, group discussions, campaign reviews and much more. I called my first client on 10th of august. It was Bruce Atkins. The duration of call was 25 minutes.
On 14ih of august, I called 2 clients in a day fot the first time. In the evening, There was the kite flying competition at Mosaic. I also participated in it, with 1 Hit and 2 Flops. HaHaHaHa
India playing to find the lost glory in T20
After the captain's knock from Dhoni in the 3rd ODI against West Indies, India is top in form to win the series out of the asian subcontinent. Today on 05 July 2009, India is looking forward to sweep West Indies by 3-1 in their hometown.
Earlier on 2nd July, India could manage to chase a small total easily. India was given a target of 186 in 27.0 overs. Due to heavy rainfall in between the match, the target was again reduced to159 runs from 22 overs. India got the D/L target for the loss of only 4 wickets. Dhoni made 46 from 34 deliveries while Gambhir played a knock of 44 from 38 balls. India got a nice opening of 84 runs in which Dinesh Kartik too played a vital role, he made brilliant 47 runs. Hope to see India win the series by 3-1.

Nobody can think the idea that Vodafone put into their ad. Vodafone introduced a new character that similarly looks like animated characters from the hollywood movie.
