A Birthday Poem for a Daughter.

This birthday poem is ideal for inserting a card for sending that special message to your daughter.

PRECIOUS

Birthday wishes we send to you
From the bottom our hearts
Because you are so dear to us
Like a precious piece of art

Because all through the years
You’ve made us very proud
And this is our big chance
To really shout out loud

You are our precious daughter
Loved in every way
And we cherish every moment
That we spend with you everyday

And to show how much we love you
We give you this special rhyme
That was written for you daughter
At this special time.

New Job Poem

A New Job Poem

When someone leaves for a new job it is always nice to send them your best wishes in their new job and what better way than with a New Job Poem to celebrate their new job. This New Job Poem is to congratulate them with your best wishes and a little bit of humour.

They say a change is as good as a rest
So in your new job we wish you the best
But have no doubt, we will miss you much
So don,t be a stranger, please keep in touch
But before you leave, lets celebrate
With a big night out, but not too late
For in the morning, you start your new job
And we don,t want them thinking your a drunken slob

Driving Test Poem

A Poem for Passing a Driving Test or Exam

This poem is to congratulate someone on passing their driving test. We all know the freedom that passing your driving test gives you and this Poem for passing a driving test will give them a well deserved pat on the back.

You have passed your test and on the road
Your legs no longer taking the load
Foot on the pedal and hands on the wheel
Go wherever you want, whenever you feel
A drive to the town or maybe the beach
Nowhere restricted , everywhere within reach
But wherever you decide, one thing is for sure
Crowded public transport you will no longer endure

Debt Poem

An example of street markets accepting credit ...Image via Wikipedia
Debt and Its Effects

Debt can be a heavy burden to bear, and everyone at some point in their lives will be touched by debt. This poem is my way of showing how easily we can get into debt and what we should do when we are free of debt

Credit cards and shopping sprees

How we loved to spend

Household goods and furniture
The very latest trend

And when we got the items home
We’d sit back and enjoy
Acting like a couple of kids

Who’ve been given a brand new toy

After days and weeks had passed
Our hearts they had sank
As that’s when the letters arrived
From credit companies and the bank

We couldn’t make the monthly payments
And things were looking bad
If we didn’t sort our finances
They’d take everything we had

Things are so much better now
We’re finally out of the red

And though there’s no more shopping sprees
We can finally look ahead

So if your sitting wondering

If there’s a moral to this tale
Don’t buy it with a credit card
Just wait for the January sale
