In this video I demonstrate how I use the Ab Coaster. Of all the abdominal exercises I do, this one is the most effective. The most important thing you have to do in eliminating low back pain is to strengthen your abdominal muscles. Your lower back needs their support. If you’re overweight, get rid of those extra pounds – they are killing your back!
After 8 years of intense low back pain, I had to do something, and this exercise & stretching program did it in 6 months. Now all I have to do is maintain it for the rest of my life. I have no doubt that I will continue to sustain this program. I guess I needed 8 years of lower back pain as my wake-up call. But I’m awake now, and I realize that I caused I caused the problem by ignoring my body’s need for strong back support muscles. I needed this program at age 45, but I didn’t get it going until age 56. If I needed it at age 45, how much more will I need it at age 65, or age 75?

You’ll do yourself an injury, most likely long term which could be very problematic, just for your own sake.
Since your 15, I wouldn’t advise you to do more than a hours workout a day.
And ideally, you should train every other day, so monday train, tuesday rest, wednesday train etc.
But it’s alright if your training with a different routine the following day (which you seem to be doing).
I’d just suggest you tone it down a bit is all there’s no need to go overboard.
I used it at my health club (Golds Gym) and it’s awesome. Basically it makes the hanging leg raise exercise a lot easier to do – don’t hang from a bar – you kneel and lift up your knees. The curved track keeps you in the proper position to perform the lift. My wife and I both love it.

It was Palin that turned this into a big deal. All the hysteria is her responsibility, and her "moral outrage" is just a result of her needing some TV face time.
I have not tried it, but can tell you that it doesn’t work. All of those machines are a gimmick. You cannot isolate 1 part of your body to exercise. In order to get nice abs you have to work your entire body to lose fat and gain muscle tone. You could have the strongest abs in the world, but have a layer of fat over them. That makes all of the crunches you did with the Ab Coaster kind of useless if no one can see them.
Hello, my name is Jack Knight. I live in Queensland, Australia. Last month in august, I spent my vacation at your establishment for a week. For the most part, my stay there wasn’t very pleasant. In fact, during my stay I faced an incident that worried me about my safety.
First part of my stay at your resort was fine. But after the first few days I was very disappointed because your services weren’t performed as it should have been. Everything was unclean especially my suit and the outdoor poor. It was so dirty that many visitors including myself couldn’t even go for a swim. The resort offered variety of foods and drinks for the guests. However, all the refreshments were staled. In other words, everything tasted very bad. Therefore, I had to go to the restaurants in the town for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The total restaurant bill while my stay in Kingston, Jamaica was $498.95. Since the resort was supposed to provide me with the daily fresh meals – which it didn’t, I want you to pay me back my food expanses.
While I way staying there, I was also concerned about my safety. While I was on the pool deck, tanning I met a sixty years old fraud man. I saw him making a bet with a nineteen years old teenage boy. The bet was that if the young boy could light his lighter ten times in a row he would win a brand new Cadillac which the man said he owned. But if the boy lost, the man would chop off his smallest finger. As crazy and unsafe as the bet sounds, it was all true. However, later we found out that the man didn’t own a Cadillac but rather it was owned by another hotel visitor. Clearly, Coconut resort needs to improve its security for all its guests.
I had come to know about Coconut Resort through a flyer. It was supposed to be a “five star hotel” providing its guests with the best services in Jamaica. I had paid a lot of money to stay at your resort. Since I didn’t enjoy myself for the reasons listed throughout the letter, I would like to get my refund.

What is the best way to get abs and muscles fast? There’s so many ab products out there. Ab Rocket, Ab Coaster, Ab Lounge, Ab Roller, Ab King, Ab rocker. Which one is the best to buy and use?

I have tried them all and the best one is Ab Lounge. Keep in mind though, real result varies and you gotta seriously do it everyday to achieve the tone looking ab. Otherwise, all the products will fail you regardless of its effectiveness.
