Plot Summary:

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen comes to you by acclaimed director Michael Bay. This time around, the young protagonist Sam Witwicky is heading off to college and all the anxieties associated with becoming an adult.

Thousands of years before Optimus Prime and other Transformers arrived on earth there were an ancient clan of the bots known as the Dynasty of Prime who sought to drain the energy of stars with Sun Harvester weapons. They needed this energy to power Cybertron’s AllSpark.  These ancient Transformers had an agreement that all planets inhabited by life would be spared. However, one brother with more evil intentions built a Sun Harvester on Earth. This Transformer became known as The Fallen. His brothers sacrificed themselves in order to hide the Matrix of Leadership (the key that powers the Sun Harvester) from The Fallen.

Fast forward to current times and Optimus is now leader of the military organization known as NEST. We see the introduction of new characters such as Sideswipe, Jolt, Arcee and twins Skids and Mudflap, who are part of the elite team at NEST. Sam finds a piece of AllSpark and gives it to his girlfriend to hide while he goes off to attend college. Without blowing the entire plot, essentially a fierce battle ensues between the Decepticons and the Primes where the first is trying to destroy Earth and the other fighting to protect it.

Law Abiding Citizen Plot:

Family man Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) discovers his wife and daughter are murdered after a home invasion. After the killers are arrested a young Philidelphia prosecutor Nick Rice (Jamie Foxx) takes on the case. The young prosecutor is persuaded by his boss to let one of the suspects take a lighter sentence if he testifies against his accomplice. Shelton takes his revenge years later by killing the suspect who got off easy. He goes on to warn the Rice that if he doesn’t fix the broken justice system then key players in the trial will be killed.

It’s not long before Clyde’s threats become reality as high profile targets begun to be assassinated one by one leaving the authorities helpless to stop the carnage. Nick becomes the only one able to stop this terror on the city thus racing against time to stop the blood shed before the next victim falls.

What happens to Harry Potter this time?
