Anyone been down to the Planning Department at Bournemouth Borough Council lately?

Land Grabs

field-articleWell here’s another instalment on how to beat the corruption of ‘Land Grabs’.  This is where the local searches are not being carried out as they should be…The planning department is responsible for doing this along with the prospective buyer/developer.  This is only either a phone call away or by going online.

Think of this; you’ve bought your own home be it Leasehold (Owned Lease), or Freehold.  If you’re lucky enough to have lived there in excess of 12 years (consecutive) – you’re laughing!  Why? – easy, you now have the 12 year consecutive usage law on your side.  This translates as your right to use the land free from encumbrances to peaceably enjoy at your leisure…  You can put a blockade in to deny access – providing theirs has run out!  For under £10.00 you can go online and request an Office Copy of the Title Deeds.  This will tell you straight away whether there are any Covenants attached to the land in question.  There may well be other older Title Deeds to be found as well, of which you can research…?

Proof Of Claim

handovermoney

Providing you can prove, on demand, that you own the either the Lease, Freehold or have been using the land for this length of time – you can hold your hand out for the money.  In the long run it would be a lot cheaper for the developer to pay you off – or risk bankruptcy.  For example, not being able to sell said flats, not to be misunderstood as apartments (they have balconies) or property means the opposition can’t be signed off by the council.  Also, this then means that they will of then contravened current planning regulations due to non compliance…  What you are going for is time – them out of it.  This costs the other side and not you.

The Moral of the story…

Always look at the correspondence, is it signed and dated?  Also who has sent it?  Check to see if it has come from the opposition or the council…Check the Title Deeds and respective Leases.  Read these through thoroughly – you really are looking for the get out clauses.  Once found and identified don’t be afraid to use.  If it’s yours then fight for it!   What a lot of theses institutions are banking on is your lack of awareness or understanding of these matters.  They want you to be ignorant so as to be able to control you more easily, however the more people who know their rights the more difficult it becomes for them!

Happy hunting – I meant researching…

GM to be or not to be?

The Ancient Tradition of Stubble Burning

Why do you think there are so many cases today of stomach related cancers? Or increased mental health issues?  Stubble burning, or should I say the lack of, may play a contributing part…

We only have to go back say about 20 years or so to realise the merits of an ancient tradition dating back 1,000’s of years.  This tradition was conveniently knocked on the head due to a select few moving into the countryside (townies) and jumping on an existing ecological bandwagon.

This Being Pollution..

The argument being, you can’t justify that amount of alleged toxic smoke billowing up in to the atmosphere on an annual basis.  Considering that there are still vast swathes of land undeveloped within the UK, beggars the question – commerce related?  Being told what you can plant and complete no-no’s.

The Pharmaceuticals Industry

Chemical Pollution

In addition to this enter centre stage the pharmaceuticals…   The quick fix brigade has a lot to answer to – why? Simple, all the whilst the food chain is being blighted due a lack of crop rotation and incineration.  Any field ‘nasties’ have had over 20 years to establish themselves and flourish.  So to come along with a solution i.e. return to stubble burning – would it make any real difference?  Is it too late?  Always remember you are what you eat.  Anything detrimental to the food supply would by now be in the water table – not good.  Has anyone considered collating together the statistics surrounding the increase of stomach cancers?  Probably not as that would be far too deep.

You Must Be Mad To Question Anything!

Dorset, as a county, was part of a government programme (all done in secret) to study GM foods.  As a country we take 10 years to establish our results to also include relevant testing.  America on the other hand does it all in 5 years so why did she pull out on year 3? – What was discovered?   Now for anyone of sound mind to question the honesty or validity of said tests would be instantly going up against the establishment = question marks over faculties…

Bournemouth being a town within Dorset would seek to benefit (financially of course) so being classed of an unsound mind does rather make it so much easier to discredit…!  Without decent food the brain will suffer.  The brain governs the nervous system, which in turn governs the digestive system, etc. – food for thought?

What constitutes being an untouchable?

And so the saga continues…

What constitutes being an untouchable?  A ring featuring a turret, possibly including a serpent entwining it.  Wondering what this all means?

This is linked to our own legal system right here in the county of Dorset.  The man seen wearing this was in fact a senior Barrister…

Rosslyn Chapel ScotlandThe Rosslyn Connection

Two of the most common names associated with law are Ogilvy and Sinclair. The latter in particular being descendants of the St. Clare’s (Rosslyn).

The Scottish Connection

There are strong links between Bournemouth and Scotland (you only have to look at certain road names to see this).  Scotland is noted for pine trees – lots of them.  Also look at the topography of Bournemouth – ditto.  Is it possible that a major planting process within the area was to reflect the Scottish Masonic connection?  Look at the architecture in certain churches, there are pine cones either in the woodwork or on the masonry.

British CourtroomThe Law of Flowery Subterfuge

Now comes the interesting part Scottish law versus English law.  What are the defining differences between the two?  First off most of Scottish law is based around European in the context that it’s easy to understand…Whereas English law is based around flowery subterfuge – anything to confuse.  ‘Bung’ central = High Court = you’re nicked.  If you are lucky enough to have a family with all the right connections, chances are you’ll walk – money talks…

For many years Bournemouth along with Wareham has enjoyed this isolated freedom away from accountability.  The church and the legal system allegedly go hand in glove… or do they.  Try maritime but that’s another story…

Dodgy Landlords or Dodgy Freeholders?

Here’s another instalment about the Bournemouth legal system..

Dodgy Landlords or Dodgy Freeholders?Dodgy Landlords or dodgy Freeholders? The situation being; you buy a property in good faith, before you know it some form of managing company writes to you… On the surface the letter appears official.  Once read you soon realise that what is being asked for is money for old rope – yours!

Is there a get out clause – yes there is!

Firstly make sure this is the very first form of communication you have received.  Secondly look for the obvious!  Has the letter been signed and dated.  Is there an address to which Notices can be served…?  Providing you are dealing with a Limited Company you can contact Companies House (Cardiff) or go on line and look up Dun & Bradstreet, pay your money and get the end of year accounts.  This information will tell you who the directors are, where they are based – information you need.

Now that you are ‘armed’ you can now fight back.

The ‘Teflon Don’ special – not a lot sticks!  Quickly identify who the Freeholders are, are they the ones who are writing to you? (contact Weymouth Land Registry) If they are all you have to do is stick to the facts.  A breakdown of accounts (costs) is just, that never be afraid to challenge the validity of proposed ‘works’.  This applies at any level.  Remember the basics – contract between parties A & B (you and the Freeholder) party C (the management company) is the Third Party = Third Party Disclosure.  This is where you can also bring in the DPA namely The Data Protection Act – Finance Act (Revised Edition 1998).  Use it or lose it.  Do not put up with any nonsense regarding this being a matter for the Financial Services Authority – it’s fronted by the DPA.

Technicalities are what win and lose the court cases..

Don’t forget the humble Affidavit!

affidavitAnother worthy short-cut is the often undervalued Affidavit… Make the opposition take you to court to prove their case.  For the sake of say £20.00 you can spin the tables on the other side, list out all their alleged monies owed and turn it on them.

I know first hand how bent some of our local Freeholders are, some even believe that being married to a solicitor makes them invincible – not!  Said wife wound up having to pay all court costs…within 12 months had sold said Freehold.  Madam had gone for a Repossession Order without going for Arbitration/Mediation – worse still (not reading the LEASE). Which is why straight away the Land Registry were contacted along with Companies House.  The next shot launched was straight back to the Freeholders regarding the Third Party whose services had not been instigated or required…

Food for thought…

The Unwritten Story of Bournemouth

The unwritten story of Bournemouth…  What is the truth here if any – old money is old money…

Herrison House

Herrison House DorchesterWhen looking into the origins of Herrison House (Dorchester) and thinking about the poor souls who’ve bought property there – oops!  Not a very wise choice.

This place, for the many inmates was often likened to one of the fallen death camps…nice – not!  My point, simple who were the founding inmates (pioneers) – women.  Way back in the dark ages – I jest! 18th c.  The thinking amongst many of the men (founding fathers of Bournemouth) thought that any woman with an Estate should re-marry or be married – why?  So the men could have access to the wealth this hard line thinking has not changed.

If you were able to take a look at the records you will note there are more women than men.  Most of whom were being sectioned at the ‘drop of a hat’.  Their crime – none.

The Slavery of Women

Bournemouths Tourist TradeWith the arrival of the hotel trade this behind the scenes only compounded an already delicate situation.  The attitude being one of total money orientation – cheap labour?  Once the first hotels had been established it set the trend for more to follow suit.  Over time the town would establish a strong link based on ‘old money’, and never having to pay the actual going work rate…  There is of course the wonderful story of the infamous airport signing which was totally to the detriment of the town’s workforce.  Allegedly in 1975 a group of local Masons (probably Templars) signed a treaty with the airport refusing any proposed expansion programme – why – they wouldn’t have to pay the going rate for wages.  With the airport expanding, the town’s elders would no longer have a monopoly.

Have times really changed

tolpuddlemartyrsNow let’s swing back in time to the Toll Puddle Martyrs…What crime did they really commit – none.  The behind the scenes story, is based on them wanting to form their own lodge, so as to achieve a fair and guaranteed wage like the people of the north.  Highly unlikely in the south due to the excessive snobbery and the fact that a lot of the wealthy northerners would holiday in the south or own a summer retreat here.

So have times really changed? – watch this space…

ZeroGov Enters Into Lawful Rebellion

Lawful RebellionWhat can you do when the Government that claims to represent you and work for you does nothing of the sort? What can you do when the laws that are meant to protect you become nothing more than a way for Government Agencies to generate revenue and fleece even more money out of your pocket? What can you do when the country you are proud of and call home is being sold by stealth to a foreign power?

What Can Be Done?

Well, you could start your own militia, and when ready, storm the Houses of Parliament with all guns blazing shouting viva la revolution or something just as dramatic.  However, I fear this extreme approach would be somewhat of a suicide mission and after all they have a lot more guns than you do and they tend to be much much bigger.

You could just take it! That’s right, you could just do nothing, nada, zilch! Allowing them to slowly strip away your God given rights and freedoms. Every time a new piece of draconian legislation is forced upon you, just convince yourself that you need it, because after all it’s for your own safety and wellbeing isn’t it?

Lawful Rebellion

However, and joking aside, there is something you can do. Under English Common Law [namely Article 61 of the Magna Carta - 1215], if a subject of the realm [me or you] feels he/she is being governed unjustly, then they have the right to enter into lawful rebellion.

Lawful rebellion allows quite simply for the following recourse:

  1. Full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this country.
  2. Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that is in breach of the Constitutional safeguard.
  3. To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breached the Constitutional safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61.

ZeroGov Enters Into Lawful Rebellion

On the 12th & 13th September at an undisclosed location just outside of Glastonbury and by personal invitation of John Harris of The People’s United Community (TPUC), three members of the ZeroGov team entered into Lawful Rebellion by formalising and submitting personal affidavits to Her Majesty the Queen.

For more information on the above process of submitting a personal affidavit to HM the Queen and becoming a Freeman of the Land, please visit The People’s United Community web site.
