 It's time for something fresh! Even on cold fall days, eating something that reminds you of summer is a nice change of pace. We've been eating rich, comforting foods but I feel that a simple piece of meat paired with a fresh, cold fruit salsa or salad is just right for today. If you can't find those perfect fruits, feel free to substitute anything that looks good in the market. Listen to your inner 'chef'.
