How to Stuff a Turkey Breast
There are two ways to stuff a bone-in, skin-on turkey breast. These instructions will take you through the process. The methods are very easy and result in a moist, well-flavored turkey breast and lots of delicious stuffing. This is a great idea for smaller families, or for larger gatherings where you want more turkey, but still want to roast a smaller bird. If your family loves white meat, roast a turkey breast along with the whole turkey.
Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a gravy packet tucked inside the turkey breast! The instructions said to add to the drippings, but there weren't any drippings with the method I used (turkey on the stuffing). So I stirred some chicken broth and light cream into the gravy packet. It was sublime. Photo © 2009 Linda Larsen, licensed to About.com, Inc. How to Stuff a Turkey Breast originally appeared on About.com Busy Cooks on Thursday, November 19th, 2009 at 00:12:00. Everyday Menus: Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Sometimes you just want something pure and simple to eat. This recipe for my favorite Grilled Cheese Sandwich is just that. I think the combination of whole wheat bread, just the right amount of American cheese, and softened butter is perfect when grilled to a melty, cheesy, crisp perfection. Serve with some excellent tomato soup and a green salad, with some delicious cookies for dessert.Photo © 2009 Linda Larsen, licensed to About.com, Inc.
